Strange's Journal. December 14th, 2011
"Hm...It seems Wayne has inspired other "Costumed Heroes" to try an infiltrate my city...this "Green Arrow" figure. Must have some relation to Oliver Queen, The only way He'd know I'm planning on starting an Arkham City in Star City. Must get Tyger to deal with problem. Can't have others, interfering with my plans, I WILL break Batman........"

It seems I have two "Wayne's" in my City.....It is quite interesting to see the path's both have taken. I must study the one who has dubbed himself "The Kill", Obviously full of himself......I will have to see how the two "brothers" react......
