Hal Flies Off Into The Corridors of The Oan Towers, And To His Surprise Finds Something He Thought He Would Never See Again

Things were happening for too quickly for Jonny's tastes. Seemingly dead guardians, red lanterns possessed by other parts of the spectrum, and meeting the most famous Green Lantern of all in one day? Either Jonny was very un(?)lucky, or something big was going down. But perhaps what made this most eery of all, was that he was on the very center of the green lantern corps. And yet, his ring wasn't reacting at all. There should've been 100% power, even with Mr Jordan out of sight. There should've been some lanterns nearby...

So where were they? He sat down by Ganthet, who whilst slightly healed, was still somewhat wounded from earlier. Here was his guardian, sprawled across the ground. And here he was, without a clue of what was going on.
"Some days..."

Hal is Suddenly Hurled Across The Planet, Followed By a Yellow Aura. "Son of a--" The Beast Pops out of the ground Choking Hal "YOU WILL BE MINE AGAIN, JORDAN"

Jonny was still sitting there, when he saw the green lantern being sent flying across the planet, followed by what appeared to be... a giant space bug? Could this be the parallax thing that was mentioned in his training? He looked back at Ganthet, worried what might happen if he just left the guy. But then, it'd probably be more dangerous simply leaving Mr Jordan to what was potentially the embodiment of fear itself. That and it wasn't likely Jordan would be getting a recharge any time soon, so he was the guy's best shot at keeping the power levels up. He flew towards the two, his ring lighting up as the willpower from Jordan's ring surged into his own.
"Hold still!" He yelled, his ring creating a claw-like structure, to try and grab the entity.

Parallax turns to Jonny " NO YOU CANT STOP ME". Parallax flies at Jonny, "YOU FEAR ENOUGH" Parallax flies into Jonny. "Parallax No!" Hal Flies At Jonny, Fearing the Worst.

His construct proved of little use however, as the creature past it and towards him. He heard Green Lantern's scream, as the entity burrowed inside him, images of his fears flashing through his eyes. Fear of not being worthy of the power bestowed upon him, fear of everything that was happening...
But then there was light. And it was blue.
"Get out of my head!" He yelled, struggling against the parasite, though much effort would still be needed if he was to successfully remove Parallax.

Parallax could Sense the Hope Within Him "DO NOT RESIST ME!" Hal Flies as quick as He Can To See Parallax Fighting His Way Into Jonny "Not Again!" Hal makes Hands and It's Power Increases Thanks to the Blue Ring, But Suddenly, That Ring Starts Turning Yellow.....

"No, no, no!" Jonny may have been a lantern, and a lantern of hope at that, but hopes could be crushed through fear. And such was the case now, as Jonny's vision faded, and it felt like he was falling endlessly. Falling endlessly in fear, seeing the horrors of his past come flying to his face. And whilst he struggled with his inner demons, Parallax had free reign.

Hal flies to Jonny, and abruptly lands "j-Jonny..?" Hal Looks into he deep yellow eyes, "NOOOOO" Hal quickly creates a strong bubble around Parajonny

He could hear Parallax's whispers - promises and taunts, sometimes mixed, sometimes swapped, sometimes hidden. And meanwhile, on the surface, his body began to move, a host to a evil that was as old as time itself. He could hear Jordan's voice, but he couldn't respond. He was being suppressed. Parallax had seen what could happen if he simply left the host any form of control. And it seemed, he was going for all out this time.

Hal could tell Parallax had Him "Damn You...." Hal Calls from a Personal Item and Looks at ParaJonny "I Won't Let This Happen Again" Suddenly a White Ring flies onto his finger..."This Ends Here!" Hal Costume Flairs in a White Beam of Light and His Costume Starts Turning White, "BEWARE MY LIGHT, THE LIGHT OF THE WHITE LANTERNS!"
